I'm Dennis. I build small systems at home — a weather station on my balcony, the server it runs on, and whatever experiment comes next — and this is where I write down what they taught me.

Most posts are drafted with Claude from the project's own repository: its commit history, design notes and measurements. I review every one before it goes up, and each post says so. The numbers come from the projects, not from the writing.

The code for everything here is on GitHub, including this site. New posts are also in the RSS feed.
